Story: Vows
Year: 991 FY
Characters: Taz
Taz wasn’t much for words.
She didn’t think them weak. Stories were made of words. Words could lure a man to her side.
But words came second. Stories were told after deeds were done. Words couldn’t lure a man not already impressed.
And vows were made after love. She didn’t need vows to love Dallu. She already did. Mere words couldn’t make her likelier to continue.
But tradition was tradition, so she would vow. And, well, the stories came after the deeds, true.
The deeds had been done, were being done, would be done.
The vows would be their story.
