Year: 954 FY
Characters: Lord Levar
Warnings: References to character death, wishing death on small children.
Notes: This takes place in the Murder AU
After all the work and careful planning, the money he'd spent to make sure it was done right, his sister-in-law was confirmed dead, he had his nephew, he reigned supreme.
Levar quirked a little smile at the thought. All of his half-brother's poor decisions--and his bitch consort's worse ones--could be undone. Hell, if he managed to win enough popular opinion, it wouldn't be too hard to arrange to found his own dynasty, now would it.
As if on cue, one of his nephews started squalling, which set the other one off. The one downside to the situation--children were noisy and messy and he would have to deal with them, at least for a while.
He glowered at the brat King, which didn't shut him up, and made the smaller one shriek louder.
If only he had already managed to build enough support to be King, not just regent. Founding his own dynasty was becoming more and more attractive by the second.
